I joined the training that "Marathon kanso club" held today.(kanso means "finish","goal")
It was fine and warm,but my condition wasn't so good as I worked so hard this week.
It's difficult to get up,but I got up and decided to go there.
First I felt that I couldn't keep my usual pace while I was jogging,so I jogged with slow pace.
After jogging for warm-up,we did some exercises to sitimulate our musles.In my surprise,these were so hard,but I could feel so good while fartlek training after that.
As I'm tired mentally by hard work,I concentrated only a few points,for example when we go up a hill, 1000m time trial.Concentrate in other things except work makes me reflesh.I felt good effect.Actually I could run faster than I thought at 1000m time trial.
In additon to,I was so happy when the staff pointed me my bad habits.
A number of member joind the club increased and the staff can't see all members.Despite of that situation he taught me.It's wonderful.I was so glad.
I'm completely tired physically when training finished.But I was sartisfied.
