Running at Mt.Takamizu

I went running to Mt.Takamizu last Saturday with 3UP members.
While I was running ,I saw a japanese serow.
Actually I had never seen it directly,but it wasn't big as bear and it wasn't small as deer.So I think it serow.In addition to it ran across quickly in front of me.

According to one of members,there're many deer in the mountain.He has a experience to meet deer and to run together for a while.Deer wants to escape from man but it couldn't as trail is too narrow.

Running with deer sounds good.Some day I hope to do it.
But I don't want to meet bears.I have to take care.

Tennis game

I was day off in the morning and went to watch the tennis game.
I rarely watch the sports.Why did I watch today?
I have two reasons.First,there's a tennis court is held a big game like internatinal game near my office.Next I have a favorite tennis player,she's Klum Date Kimiko.
She had retired just I'was interested in her.I'm sorry with her retirement.But she came out 0f retirement this year.So I wanted to watch her play strongly.

This time,Date's competiter was a high school student and high-spirited.
I was not sure the reason,but I felt Date was not her pace at first and lost 3games.
But Date kept cool compared that competiter was emotional.
Since Date got her pace back,she hadn't lost the game,finally she won.
While she played,she had never smiled.But her smile was excellent after the game.
The diference makes me enchanted.

The game finished with Date's clear victory.But I think it's a good game as I could see her good pace and opposite pace.

I had a fun.

Kaii Higashiyama: A Retrospective

I went to Higashiyama's exhibition after work on 15th May.
When I was a student,I went to his museum in Nagano twice,so I was going to memorize his works of art.But there were too many works of art that I have never seen.In addition to ,there were so many people in the exhibition and it was difficult to look his works without people's heads in my sight.
Anyway,His art is wonderful and it reminds me of nature. I didn't have enough time to look everything, so I should have gone there before .I regret that I went at the last minute.

According to website,it will be held again on July in Nagano.
I hope to go again when I go to my hometown.

Big Basin Redwood Trail Run Report

It was held on 27th April.I got up 5:30,and left the Lodge in saratoga about 7:00 with my friend I met at mixi.We reached the park with no problem,but it took more time to park because all runner came here by their cars.In addtion to,it was 10mins before starting when we registered.It was the first time that I started to run without warming and stretching.
Most runners run same course at first so it was so crowed.While I was running,I noticed to have no idea what I should say by English when I wanted to go past someone.So I followed the faster runner to go past someone when I wanted to go past. (After the race,my boyfrind told me "On your left")

Suddenly fall appeared in front of me! it was so beautiful,I couldn't stop taking pictures.

My favorite artist

I'm not almost interested in art since I started physical activity.
But I have a favorite artist,his name is Kaii Higashiyama.
He was a landscape painter.His art is calming for me.

There is a his museum in Nagano,and I sometime went there while I'd lived in Nagano.
I haven't looked them for a long time.

Now his exhibition is open in Tokyo.

Growing plants

My boyfriend want to grow plants in his garden.
Growing plants is hard so I tried to discourage him.But he couldn't give up.
So I decided to supprt him.

When we tried to buy seeds,the woman in the seeds shop adviced us many things.
She said ;
1.plow the ground
2.put the manure
3.after them,sow seeds in beginning of May

I was very thankful for her information and moved by her excellent customer service.

Actually the soil in the garden was too hard.We started to plow the ground and pulled the weed.
we are going to sow seeds after trip.
I'm looking forward to plants.

I gave up OumeTakamizu trail race

I was going to join the race this Sunday.
As it passed just a week since the full marathon,I registered 15km race.
But I felt a sore throat when I got up on the race day.
I understood my sore throat the alert from my body and decided to stop running.
My body is more tired than I thought.

After I saw Kazuya to go the race,I went to bed again.I slept enough till noon.
Then I felt well and didn't have a sore throat!

I recovered from sore musles by full marathon,but the damage is deeper than I thought.

Kazuya went home in the evening and was satisfied with his result.
