Big Basin Redwoods Trail Run

Big Basin Redwoods Trail Run



I wanted to run the trail in U.S.I asked my boyfriend to go with me,he agreed with me.Of course he entried too.I try 25km,he trys 50km.I'm looking forward to go there!

This race will be held at 27th April.As we will arrive at SanFransisco at 24th,we're thinking what we do before the race.After the race,we'll go to Yosemite that I want to go there strongly.and enjoy trail running there.

What I did is to entry the race and to book the airplane tickets.I have to book the hotels and rent car,And to get the international driver lisense!!

Today jogging

I have a hay fever.I become not to be good if I'm out both Saturday and Sunday.
So I decide I stay at home on Sat or Sun this season.And I stayed at home yesterday.
I decide to jog this morning .When I got up,it 's already been fine.I hurried to prepare and started jogging.Just I started to jog,I realize the effect that I took massage last Friday and I had a rest yesterday.I felt refreshed and so good.

Very comfortable.

I'm afraid that my hip joint is OK as I felt to be tired around my hip joint.
But it might be too sensitive about myself because of the race next Sunday.

Sore musles

I set an alarm at 6:00 yesterday and was going to jog this morning.
But I can't notice the alarm and slept till 7:00.As I had to work,I gave up jogging and be out of futon.Then I'm surprised with my sore legs.I had sore musles.I haven't had sore musles for a while.

Anyway, if I could get up by the alarm,I wouldn't run.

Running training at Yoyogi park

I joined the training that "Marathon kanso club" held today.(kanso means "finish","goal")
It was fine and warm,but my condition wasn't so good as I worked so hard this week.
It's difficult to get up,but I got up and decided to go there.
First I felt that I couldn't keep my usual pace while I was jogging,so I jogged with slow pace.
After jogging for warm-up,we did some exercises to sitimulate our musles.In my surprise,these were so hard,but I could feel so good while fartlek training after that.
As I'm tired mentally by hard work,I concentrated only a few points,for example when we go up a hill, 1000m time trial.Concentrate in other things except work makes me reflesh.I felt good effect.Actually I could run faster than I thought at 1000m time trial.

In additon to,I was so happy when the staff pointed me my bad habits.
A number of member joind the club increased and the staff can't see all members.Despite of that situation he taught me.It's wonderful.I was so glad.

I'm completely tired
physically when training finished.But I was sartisfied.
